Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from chilled. All cooking appliances vary, this is a guide only. Not suitable for freezing. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Before: Remove sleeve, peel back film & remove chicken from packaging. Replace film back over rice & sauce & pop in the microwave.
During: Halfway through add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the rice & stir well. Place chicken on top of rice. Re-cover & continue cooking.
After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min.

Oven - Chicken Only:
Before: Preheat oven. Remove outer sleeve & bento bowl.
Peel back film. Remove chicken from bento bowl & place on a baking tray. Pop tray into the centre of the oven.
After: Check chicken is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min.
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 16 min

Microwave - Rice & Sauce Only:
Before: Replace film back over rice & sauce & pop in the microwave.
During: Halfway through cooking, add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the rice & stir well. Re-cover & continue cooking.
After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min.

4.30 min 900w; Oven cook - From Chilled. Before: Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, peel back film, & remove chicken from packaging. Place chicken on a baking tray. Replace film over sauce & rice, place container on the baking tray next to the chicken. Pop tray in the centre of the oven.
After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min.
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 / 16 min
