Far too much sugar
Had these years ago and thought I’d try them again. Put them in basket, then checked label and took them straight out again. Why so much sugar?? Yuk!
Why have they changed these. They are now tasteless, powdery and with more sugar. They’ve kept the same artwork on the box though so I had no idea they’d changed until I opened them. Shame!
Why add more sugar?
Really bad decision by Weetabix to increase the sugar by a whopping 50%. This is part of my staple breakfast that I mix with 4 different seeds, 3 dried fruits and Jordans oats with cold milk.
Beware: New Recipe is now lots of added sugar.
Never buying again!
Bought this as a change from Weetabix which these days tastes like wet cardboard. Sadly this isnt any better. It soaks up a lot of milk which seems to do little to help with the thick claggy breakfast which results!
I was really looking forward to trying these - but then I saw that they have a load of sugar added and hastily removed them from my trolley! Don't they realise that if people want sugar they can add it themselves (tastes better that way anyway) or yogurt, fruit, etc. and they must be losing a whole lot of sales by messing up what sounded like a really good product.
