Great Taste two star 2020 -By far our most popular Smoked Chilli Jam. Made with the beautiful long yellow Aji Limon (Lemon Drop) Chillies this smoked chilli jam has a mild heat and a lovely fresh flavour. We love this used to glaze fish, mixed with a little mayo to make a dip or just on a piece of cheese. Made with UK grown chillies smoked in small batches on our homestead in West Wales
