When in Rome Pinot Grigio - Hugo Cocktail
• Pick the leaves from a sprig of mint and add to a wine glass
• Add a generous dash of Elderflower cordial
• Gently muddle together with a wooden spoon
• Add 1 can of chilled When in Rome Pinot Grigio
• Top with Soda water and a generous squeeze of fresh lime
• Add ice and stir to combine
• Garnish with a slice of lime and mint leaves
