Lovingly produced by the Casimirri family in the Abruzzo region. The Casimirri family have lovingly tended their 49 acres of vines and olive groves in the Abruzzo region for more than half a century.

When in Rome Rosato – Paloma Cocktail

• Rim a glass with salt
• Fill the glass with ice.
• Add 60ml tequila, 30ml fresh lime juice, 60ml When in Rome Rosato Rosé Wine, and 30ml pomegranate juice.
• Stir until well combined.
• Garnish with a grapefruit slice or mint sprig.

Enjoy with some Crostini or your favourite snack

Regional information

The grapes are hand tended and harvested by local villagers in the cooler hours of the day, then spirited off to the winery as quickly as possible to achieve the distinctive fresh taste for which the Casimirris' wines are held in such high regard in the region.

Vinification details

Immediately after harvesting, grapes are soft pressed and only the best of the grape must is syphoned off. Fermentation then takes place in steel at a controlled temperature.
