Our framboise is supremely fruity and zingy. Not too sweet but enough sugar to let the raspberry notes sing out. |

Absolutely delicious
The most beautiful liqueur. Really tastes of raspberries and can be used for so many things. In cocktails, over ice cream, pancakes, and simply with soda water. Low alcohol with no horrible artificial taste. Gorgeous. Chambord no more. This is decadent and delicious.
Great tasting product
We started buying this raspberry liquer because our usual purchase, Chambord, had detioriated in flavour and quality. The Herefordian version is so much better, full of flavour and is a dark raspberry colour. Chambord is pale and insipid...I cannot believe they haven't changed the ingredients in recent years. We will continue buying the British version.
On my third bottle and gifted a fourth
I don't usually make the time to write reviews but this (happily British) product makes Prosecco or Champagne taste and look delicious. I slip it into a a dry glasses of fizz to achieve the more medium dry taste that I prefer. When I bought my first bottle of White Heron, I expected it would last a year, like most of the spirits we buy, but I'm about to order a fourth bottle in 5 months. Hope this review doesn't lead to a stock shortage.
