Our gluten free mozzarella & roasted garlic flatbread is made with our signature 24‑hour slow‑proved sourdough. It’s topped with creamy mozzarella, bocconcini pearls & mature cheddar cheese and a roasted garlic and parsley butter, and on the table within 14 minutes.

Crafted at our dedicated gluten free UK bakery using our bespoke gluten‑free dough blend with slow-proved sourdough and gut‑friendly ancient grains. Hand topped with creamy mozzarella, bocconcini pearls & mature cheddar cheese and a roasted garlic and parsley butter.This gluten free flatbread delivers on flavour whilst being gluten‑free, coeliac‑friendly and Cross Grain Certified.

Oven cook - From Chilled. 10-14 mins, 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas mark 8*
1. Preheat oven, remove pizza disc & film.
2. Place on baking tray and cook for 10-14 minutes.
*From frozen follow above but cook for 14-18 minutes.
