Our gluten free salami pizza is made with our signature 24‑hour slow‑proved sourdough Neapolitan style base. It’s topped with rich Italian roasted tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, slow-cured Italian salami and a chorizo crumble, and on the table within 14 minutes.

Crafted at our dedicated gluten free UK bakery using our bespoke gluten‑free dough blend with slow-proved sourdough and gut‑friendly ancient grains. Hand topped with a rich Italian roasted tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, slow-cured Italian salami and a chorizo crumble.This gluten free pizza delivers on flavour whilst being gluten‑free, coeliac‑friendly and Cross Grain Certified.

Cook from chilled:
1. Preheat oven, remove pizza disc & film and ensure toppings are spread evenly.
2. Place on baking tray and cook for 10- 14 minutes.


From frozen follow above but cook for 14-18 minutes

Oven cook - From Frozen. 220°C/Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 8, 14-18 mins.
