Instructions
Ensure product is piping hot and cooked throughout prior to serving. Do not re-heat.; Other - From Frozen. Pan Fry (preferred method):
Add 2 tablespoons of oil or butter to a non-stick frying pan and bring to a medium to high heat. Add the gnocchi in a single layer and let cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown before flipping. Continue to cook for a total of 6-8 minutes until golden brown on all sides and gnocchi is heated through. Season to taste or add your favourite warm pasta sauce or pesto.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Oven Roast: Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Spray a non-stick baking tray with oil and place gnocchi onto the tray in a single layer. Season and roast for 20 minutes until golden brown and gnocchi is heated through. Turn once half way through cooking.

Better than potato gnochhi
Obsessed with these, so delicious in the air fryer, I prefer to potato gnocchi. These are a staple in our house
Fine, but not on their own.
These were fine, but I preferred having them slightly charred on top of a massive salad to bring a bit of texture. Crisped them up in the air fryer! I don't think I would have them on their own as a gnocchi replacement.

Ive know cauliflower gnocchi from my time in the US through Trader Joes and Im so, so excited that I have found these. They are delicious and the texture is soft. Great with pesto! Quick and easy to prepare and great ingredients. Highly recommend.
