Preparation and Usage
| We believe the best way to truly appreciate asparagus is in its simplicity. First prepare your asparagus stems by breaking off any woody ends by bending the asparagus spears until they snap at their natural breaking point to get rid of any tough and chewy bits. Trim off any uneven ends with a sharp knife. Then simply steam them with a little butter and add salt and crushed black pepper as they finish steaming. Serve them with the melted butter spiced with a little nutmeg drizzled on top and enjoy. |
