Dont bother!

Absolutely awful lettuce, not a patch on what you can buy from a farm shop! Firstly, its old, the base of the stalk is so brown, secondly limp and wilted, almost soggy! Thirdly, you get about 8 leaves that are usable if youre lucky! Honestly the worse buy ever as a organic salad bundle!

dont buy even on the flash sale!

Even rabbit wouldnt touch it! Arrived in delivery in such a poor condition, dry, very sad looking lettuce, straight into compost! Waste of money even on the flash sale!

Big downturn with packaging change

Bought this regularly and it was fresh, dense, crispy and kept well in its (compostable) bag. But last two came in a loose string bag, both dessicated , one also rotten all through. Checked the small print on the latest label - origin was France!. A long trip for an unprotected lettuce.

Terrible quality

Arrived on Monday, with use by date of Friday. Already inedible, rotten, blackened leaves and reddened stalks. Went straight to the bin. Looking at the other reviews its an occurring issue and it looks like Ocado is doing nothing to fix it.
