Preparation and Usage
Batavia lettuce makes for a great base for any salad. For a classic mix, add in sliced red and yellow peppers, red onions, cucumbers and black olives to a bowl of shredded or chopped batavia and add a honey-mustard dressing with a tiny glug of EVOO and generous squeeze of lemon and salt to taste. Mix and enjoy!
