It's not aesthetically perfect, exteriors can sometimes be blemished and shaped a bit wonky, but this does not compromise flavour.
Our organic cantaloupe melons are grown in nutrient rich soil and a sunny mediterranean climate, both that help them develop flavour and fragrance. The cantaloupe is known for its distinct and intense aroma and flesh can range from a creamy, pale pastel to a deep, intense hue of orange. Once optimally ripe, it is bursting with watery sweetness and captivating floral notes.

Melons are a treat to eat when perfectly ripe, and need very little intervention. You can scoop them into little spheres using a melon baller, or knife them into bite sized cubes. We recommend enjoying it with just a drizzle of honey, a dash of lime and a handful of mint leaves chiffonade - refreshing and delicious!
