Wholegood sources organic produce from farmers that care about the soil they grow in as much as the flavour it produces. It's not aesthetically perfect, exteriors can sometimes be mildly scarred, blemished and shaped a bit wonky, but this does not compromise flavour.
Ours courgettes are available year-round. They are wonderfully wonky with curves in just the right spots. Soaked in sunshine, they develop fantastic flavour and texture. Not only are they quite high in vitamin C and antioxidants but also contain more potassium than a banana.
Our packaging reflects our commitment to the planet. Our netting is plastic free & home compostable - made with Beechwood recovered from the thinning of European FSC or PEFC certified forestry. Our flow wrap is home compostable.

Preparation and Usage
While very popular sliced into little moons and roasted, a fun and different way to eat courgettes as a healthy alternative to carb-y pasta is by using them as ‘noodles’. Use either a spiralizer or hold them lengthwise and run a julienne peeler along their horizontal axis to get noodle-like spirals from your courgette. These zoodles cook faster than dried noodle so all you need to do is sauté them with some olive oil, minced garlic and shaved cheese for an easy treat.
