Our cucumbers are crisp and juicy. Best enjoyed cold and raw, there are extremely popular taking centre stage in salads, boosting flavour and texture in sandwiches and wraps, or immediately livening up cocktails.

Dice, julienne, thinly slice - cucumbers can be enjoyed both with and without their peels. The occasional bitter cucumber can be saved by cutting a safe distance away from the peel. With their taste quite mild on its own, cucumbers are popularly used for crunch and freshness into salads. We enjoy them grated (with the peel on) and mixed in with finely chopped dill, a little bit of crushed garlic, hung yoghurt, a squeeze of lemon and some salt – a quick Tzatziki recipe hack.
