Often called baby cucumbers due to their size, our organic mini cucumbers make for a delightful snack due to their easy size, crisp bite and refreshing taste. Nutritionally rich, they make a great addition to kids' lunch boxes and meals. They come packed in plastic free packaging with a recyclable cardboard punnet and home compostable flow wrap to keep them fresh. Each pack will contain 4-6 mini cucumbers but always have a minimum weight of 250g or more.

Mini cucumbers are a great fresh snack with no requirement of prep. However, if you are looking to take them to the next level, we recommend trying them “smashed” and drenched in a classic sesame oil, black vinegar and garlic-chilli dressing. The watery innards of the cucumber mixes and soaks with tantalising dressing to create mouthfuls of delicious fresh bites.
