Our wonky courgettes can vary in size and shape, and are rescued from partner growers. Mild scarring and discoloration may be present but in no way affect taste or quality. By purchasing our wonky produce, you contribute to reducing food waste, a significant issue in society today.
Our packaging reflects our commitment to the planet. Our netting is plastic free & home compostable - made with Beechwood recovered from the thinning of European FSC or PEFC certified forestry. Our cardboard punnets are recyclable, and our flow wrap is home compostable.

Wonky courgettes are endlessly versatile. You can lean into their irregularities and try this fun recipe. Slice your courgettes in half horizontally. Scoop out their insides and add the pulp to a mixing bowl along with EVOO, finely chopped chilli and garlic, some chunky crushed tomatoes, finely sliced black olives, a pinch of chilli flakes and salt to taste. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius for 15-20 minutes while you place the courgettes onto a baking tray and spray with oil and sprinkle of salt. Place the prepared mixture back into the hollowed out courgettes and bake for 30 minutes. Once cooked, serve with some sour cream and enjoy!
