Product Information
Deliciously creamy and mildly spiced korma sauce made with sweet potato and coconut, stirred through cauliflower, squash, carrots and velvety soft chickpeas. Heat straight from frozen in 4 minutes and serve your way with rice or naan bread. Packs in 6 veggies!
Our award-winning range of nutritious and tasty sauces and mains have been created for kids. Handmade in small batches, we then freeze the meals to lock in goodness, ready to be cooked straight from the freezer in the microwave or oven. Our plant-rich meals are made with 100% natural ingredients and taste tested on kids of all ages! Serve with your choice of side, adding flexibility and variety to mealtimes. For kids aged 3-10 years. Each pack serves 1-2 children depending on age and appetite. Our meals have been approved by BANT Registered Nutritionist®, Clare Jeffries, who specialises in child nutrition.

Preparation and Usage
| Cook from Frozen Microwave (4 mins) Remove sleeve and pierce film. microwave on full power 850w for 3 mins, remove film and stir, then heat for a further minute or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving. Oven (25-30 mins) Preheat oven to Fan 180°C / electric 200°C / gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25-30 mins or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving. Guidelines only. All appliances may vary. Serve your way, with rice or naan bread. Suitable for kids aged 3-10 years. Each pack serves 1-2 children depending on age and appetite. Recommendation - serves 2 children under 5 years or 1 child over 5 years. Children should be supervised whilst eating due to the risk of choking. |
