Mild veggie chilli packed with sweet potato, red peppers, sweetcorn, cannellini beans and red kidney beans in a tasty tomato sauce. Heat straight from frozen in 4 minutes and serve your way with rice, tortillas or with a jacket potato. Packs in 5 veggies!

Handmade in small batches, we then freeze the meals to lock in goodness, ready to be cooked straight from the freezer in the microwave or oven. Preparation and Usage

Cook from Frozen

Microwave (4 mins)
Remove sleeve and pierce film. microwave on full power 850w for 3 mins, remove film and stir, then heat for a further minute or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 mins and stir well before serving.

Oven (25-30 mins)
Preheat oven to Fan 180°C / electric 200°C / gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25-30 mins or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.

Serve your way, with rice, tortillas or a jacket potato.

Suitable for kids aged 3-10 years. Each pack serves 1-2 children depending on age and appetite. Recommendation - serves 2 children under 5 years or 1 child over 5 years. Children should be supervised whilst eating due to the risk of choking.
