This is what gives it its incredible richness and depth of flavour.
It is 100% natural, containing only two ingredients, cacao and raw cane sugar.
I make it from the bean with the same uncompromising commitment to quality as with our chocolate. The beans get a light roast, and then we conche for up to 21 days until the flavour is perfect.

Nice hot chocolate
I'm not a hot chocolate fan. I decided to try a mug for a change to my usual ovaltine, and I'm pleasantly surprised. It has a nice 'natural' chocolate flavour without being overpowering. I personally find it quite sweet, but I will still drink this on occasion. The ingredient list is reassuring.
The perfect hot chocolate in every way. I love all Willie's Chocolate. It's better than anything else imo.
thank you - allergy
Thanks for creating some not mega processed chocs and also for getting back to me and confirming dont contain corn derivatives which my daughter is allergic to but often isnt listed. Corn derivatives are a cheaper way to make things so sign of a good quality choc and we are enjoying the chef drops too
Real chocolate and NO emulsifier
It was surprisingly hard to find one hot chocolate that doesnt contain emulsifier and I was simply happy to find this one that contains very simply and very few ingredients, including real chocolate rather than added flavourings. Once you shake your taste buds off emulsifiers and flavouring its hard to go back. Everyone in the family loves it.
Not a with my kids (and theyre a bit discerning)
This has mostly been sat on my shelf for some time. Several other types of hot choc have come and gone in this time. Its not a hit in this house.
A lovely hot chocolate
Creamy tasting even though I believe its dairy free. A delicate chocolate flavour rather than a dairy milk sort of flavour. Perfect for a winters evening and great in cupcakes too.
