Vinification Details
Harvesting is performed at optimum ripeness at night or early morning when the cool temperatures help to preserve the fruit's potential. The grapes are fully
destemmed, then cooled down before being put in vats for several days, a process of cold maceration reserved for great wines to bring out the typicity of this excellent variety. Fermentation is performed in contact with oak wood for a few days.

My goto pinot noir
I buy this pinot noir on a regular basis. I like this one, but for value for money I would not pay more than £8 for it. Luckily it is on offer most weeks.

not good
not the worst I've had, hubby couldn't finish the glass which is unlike him. just dry and not very tasty

its not awful
But its not great either. Fine at the £5.40 I purchased it at, but if I had paid the apparent right price of £9 I would be pretty upset! Its light and doesnt taste of too much.

Light fruity red
Perfect for when you're in the mood for something less intense and heavy. Goes very nicely with goats' cheese.

Chilled velvety Pinot Noir
Great for its price point - especially at £6. Take the labels advice and serve slightly chilled
