Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven heat.
Warning: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. When removing film lid during and after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 800W (4 minutes 30 seconds) / 900W (4 minutes).
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes (800W, 900W). Partially peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Continue to heat on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (800W), 2 minutes (900W). Remove film lid and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 (26 - 30 minutes).
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and heat for 15 minutes. Partially peel back film lid, stir and re-cover. Continue heating for a further 10-16 minutes. Remove film lid and leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
