Lovely flavour
Great straight in the bread mixer, but even better when split out into rolls. Lovely natural sweetness on the aftertaste. Perfect with loads of butter to accompany homemade soup.
heavy and dense
I like all of the wright's bread mix except this one it's very heavy, dense and it doesn't raise that great either

A really nice bread mix my second favourite to the mixed grain variety
Just ok
It's ok, but not great
lovely loaf
Used this in my Panasonic bread maker, have tried a variety of recipes and bread mixes recently and this one has been voted the best by the entire family. Made a large loaf using the entire pack and was Light, tasty, lovely bread.
dense and not much flavour
I found this bread quite dense. it developed a decent crust, but it took ages to rise, even in a warm place. the instructions say only knead for five minutes which is shorter than what I would normally do for bread. I wish I hadn't followed this and spent longer working the dough as I think it would have made a lighter bread.
