Lovely flavour

Bit crumbly for grating , but lovely full flavour without giving a bitter after taste like some cheddars.

very tasty

I have been buying Wyke Farms cheese for a very long time and I do think the quality and the taste is very consistent. Great value for money. Perfect for grilling. Always in my fridge.

Good flavour. Quite crumbly

A good quality cheese for the price. Not the most mature of flavours but still with some depth. A little more crumbly than some other cheddars. Works well for eating or cooking.

Was good, now more like the cheapest cheddar, tasteless, rubbery, not remotely mature - AVOID!
