Be mindful
Thought would make my gut healthier but unfortunately gave me quite bad stomach aches. Not for everyone, so be mindful especially if you have health conditions.
Too much sugar!
I am trialling these but really wish they had less sugar. They appear to have more of the active culture compared with other brands but one tiny bottle contains the equivalent of 1.5 teaspoons of sugar. They taste unnecessarily sweet to me - I don't drink them as a treat. I've considered the 'light' version but that's packed with artificial sweeteners, which can have undesirable side-effects on the gut. May switch to something else in due course. I thought the probiotic capsules were too expensive but maybe they're a better option.
Very sweet
Im loving having one of these first thing in the morning, but will be switching to the light version next order. Its very high in sugar! And tastes it.

Open your eyes
The clue is in the name, man. Kult! Open your eyes, sheeple! Only kidding, I don't know whether this stuff does any good at all but what the heck, it tastes quite nice and those little bottles are so darn cute I want to pinch their little plastic cheeks. I do hope they are recyclable because our bin is half full of them.
