Never again

Substituted for Isigny full fat. Rather than producing a creamy sauce like Isigny, the end result was watery with white spots...

Lovely organic option

Love that Yeo Valley provides this organic creme fraiche option. I can't tell it's half fat, but then I only buy this one so what do I know!

delicious flavour but splits easily

Lovely flavour and texture but I cant use in cooking as it splits in seconds.
