Yep Kitchen Spicy Sweet Gongbao Stir Fry Sauce

Gongbao - the dish the West knows as Kung Pao - is a Sichuan classic that should taste sweet, sour and gently numbing, not sticky and red. Ours is built the way it is in Chengdu: Chinkiang black vinegar, dark soy, Shaoxing wine, chilli flakes and whole Sichuan pepper. Stir through chicken, prawns or tofu with peanuts and spring onion.
