For preparation you will need
150 mL (2/3 Cup) water/aqua
80 g (4 Tbsp.) margarine - margarina (dairy free)
3 Eggs or YesYoucan vegan egg replacer
22 x 10 cm (8 x 4 in)
1 Loaf tin

Pre-heat: Pre-heat oven to 160 °C (fan forced) - 180 °C (conventional) - gas mark 4.
Spray the tray or cake tin with vegetable oil (if you have patty cases, place them in the tray).
MIX: Place melted margarine (dairy free), water and eggs (or vegan egg replacer) into a mixing bowl, then add banana bread mix. Fold by hand until batter is uniform. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Bake: Pour batter into greased tin and bake for approx. 45-50 minutes * (for bread), 35-40 minutes * (for muffins). Bread/muffins are baked if they bounce back when gently pressed on top. Remove bread/muffins from the oven and leave to cool on a rack, before slicing or serving.
