Cooking Instructions - General. Our Omega 3 fish fingers are best grilled straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.; Grill - From Frozen. Pre-heat the grill pan on medium heat & remove all packaging
Cook on the base of the grill pan for 8-10 mins turning occasionally
Serve with your favourite sides; Oven cook - From Frozen. 220°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 7
Preheat the oven & baking tray & remove all packaging
Cook in the middle of the oven on the baking tray for 12 mins turning occasionally
Serve with your favourite sides
