800W - cook for 7 mins
900W - cook for 6 mins
Stand for 1 min; Oven cook - From Frozen. 220°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 7 35 mins
Pre-heat the oven & remove outer packaging & film lid
Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray for 35 mins
