Sweet Chilli Glazed Scampi
One minute before the Scampi is fully cooked, remove from the oven, give it a good drizzle of sweet chilli sauce and pop it back in for another minute until it's perfectly done.

Pre-heat the oven & baking tray and remove all packaging
Place scampi on the baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 11 mins
