'These are a brilliant standby to keep in the freezer, and I always like to have some to hand. I don’t actually follow the instructions for boiling or microwaving them, but prefer to steam them. Once they’re hot, I tip them onto a platter, sprinkle Maldon salt over them, and set to. You just pop the beans out of their pod and munch away!' Nigella Lawson

Healthy quick snack
My children love these and they make such a tasty quick snack. Very fresh and taste delicious.
Great snack or appetiser!
Most important thing when cooking these, is not to boil them for too long. Just blanch them for a couple of minutes in boiling water and then youre good to go! Be generous when sprinkling salt and enjoy! Super tasty and healthy snack, and very more-ish!
fresh
Perfect when blanched in boiling water and sprinkled with salt - they taste super fresh
Time consuming....
Received as a substitute for Ocado's shelled edamame beans. They taste great but do need to be defrosted/cooked and shelled. Brilliant if you're willing to invest the time but I still prefer the shelled beans.
Great as a side dish
These with a sprinkling of salt, can be quite addictive.
