Cooking Instructions - General. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked before serving.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove all packaging and place 2 bao buns in a microwaveable container and cover with a lid. Microwave for 2-3 minutes on a medium heat (800W).; Steam - From Frozen. *Recommended* place the bao buns in a lined steamer tray. Close the lid and steam on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
