My favourite
I much prefer silken tofu to the firmer kind and this is a good silken tofu. Tasty and not too wet. I stir fry it and doesn't need much draining. Also nice in miso soup or cold with a salad. The only downside is the carton which is difficult to open without breaking the tofu.
ok but better brands
Tried this brand for first time and was disappointed. Broke up trying to open pack. Slightly chalky bland flavour which was unpleasant even with added flavours. Much prefer Clearspring silken tofu which was unavailable at time
Good soft tofu
If you like soft tofu, you would like this one. It is not too soft and quite nice and creamy. I deduct one star because it does not come out perfect from a package.
it is ok
Taste is fine like any other tofu. Only downside is it doesn't come out neatly. It breaks completely when I take it out from the package.
Awful
I received this tofu as a substitute. It didn't taste like tofu at all. Totally disappointed.
Silken tofu
It didn't taste of anything. Just white and slimy. Never again - threw most of it away - so much for cheap protein!
