Preparation and Usage
Cook from frozen
1 Add udon noodles from frozen, to a pot of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and cook for approx. 1 minute.
2 Drain noodles and run under cold water to remove starch and prevent overcooking.
3 Add to hot soup and top with thinly sliced spring onions and other toppings of your choice. Alternatively, add the noodles to a stir fry to create yaki udon.
