Żołądkowa Gorzka's unique taste comes from its. Maceration process of natural ingredients, used since its original recipe in 1822. Bitter oranges and a secret mix of herbs and spices, are macerated with vodka in special vats. This process allows the alcohol to fully extract the flavours and aromas of these natural ingredients.
