Each pan has long-lasting non-stick properties, which we support with a 10-year guarantee. With its heat-resistant and ergonomic soft-touch handle, each pan is designed for comfort. The contoured handle and soft grip provides controlled handling, even when your hands are wet.
The Cook range is grill and oven safe (up to 180 C), and the Dot induction base allows for advanced conductivity on most hobs - including induction. The pan's surface is easy to clean, and is completely dishwasher safe.

limited life non\-stick
In early 2021, my son said that the 24cm frying pan he’d been using every day had started peeling. I had, and liked, a 20cm one from this range so, in April 2021, I bought him the 24cm one, and he was very pleased with it. He’s just told me that it’s robust, nicely designed and nice to use but the non-stick does not function. There are no signs of peeling either, except for a tiny bit round the rim. It looks like non-stick pans are made not to last, and this one has done what it was built to do, and has lasted for just over two years, which is probably what we have to expect now unless we spend a fortune.
Food sticks after after about 9 months
It worked well initially, despite the non-smooth surface. But after less than a year food started sticking, especially eggs and chicken, even when cooked with plenty of butter.
The sticky non-stick pan!
Awful. Ive tried scrambled eggs and pancakes in this pan and both cook awfully. The heat required to cook the same way as my previous Le Cruiset 3-ply is way more and you can tell its uneven. The nonstick coating is very different from usual but theres a reason for that-it doesnt work. It has a bubbled texture which acts as purchase for foods to cling on to, meaning that pancakes are impossible to slide and flip, they cook unevenly and break up as soon as you try and release them from the surface. Im sure this works for frying but for things we here you need the nonstick like pancakes, omelettes and so on, its a total nonstarter.
