doesn't detect on my Bosch induction hob
other pans are fine. extra star for build/coating quality but for us personally, not fit for induction purpose
Excellent product
I'm using it for almost 2 years now - it is great, much better than price-comparable competitors. Cooks faster and is really non-sticky. I'm now going to buy also a bigger one.
Part of the base started to come off after a year
It could not rest closely on the ceramic hob (wasting heat) and there was a risk the bottom will detach completely damaging something or causing injury so I had to throw it out. Not durable at all and very pricey!
Good non-stick pan
I've had this pan for a couple of months now and used it quite a lot. I have an induction hob and it works fine on it (I've found that some pans which claim to work on induction hobs can be a bit temperamental and need to be positioned in just the right spot - but not this one) . I've used the pan to make a variety of things such as scrambled egg, sauteed/fried onions, sauces and even cooked some sausages in it, so far nothing has stuck. I have some stellar non-stick pans and I'd say that the coating on this Zyliss pan seems to be working just as well. The pan itself is lighter than other pans I've owned and would be good if you struggle lifting heavier pans. I will be buying the other sizes of this pan to complete the collection.
Truly nonstick and perfect for porridge
Not expensive at all for the quality. Truly nonstick and cooking porridge without mad stirring is now possible. I am planning on collecting the whole range. Already bought three and wont stop!
