
Harissa Roast Potatoes with Lemon Tahini Sauce

Mix things up for Sunday lunch – these interesting harissa-spiked roasties would make a gorgeous addition to a roast. Once they're golden with crispy skins, they're drizzled in a creamy dressing of yogurt, tahini and lemon and sprinkled with parsley and black pepper to finish. Serve on a big platter and let everyone help themselves. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 kg of new potatoes, large ones halved
- 2 tbsp of harissa paste
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 tbsp of yogurt
- 2 tbsp of tahini
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 handful of parsley, leaves picked
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6.Step 2
Place the potatoes in a large roasting tin and toss with the harissa and oil. Sprinkle over salt and pepper and roast for 40 mins, tossing halfway through.Step 3
Mix together the tahini, yogurt, lemon juice and zest. Add 3tbsp water to make it a pouring consistency and season to taste. Once the potatoes are tender, spoon onto a serving plate and drizzle with the dressing.Step 4
Scatter with the parsley leaves and a little black pepper, if you like.
