
Air Fryer Berry Oats

Love porridge but hate washing up? Our air fryer berry oats are the answer. Simply mix then bake and eat straight from the dish. We serve ours with seasonal British berries and natural yoghurt, but why not try coconut yoghurt and diced mango for a tropical twist?. Looking for more breakfast recipes? Look no further.

Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 1 medium egg
- 125g rolled oats
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 125ml milk
- 100g mixed berries
- 8 tbsp natural yoghurt
Method
Step 1
Using a fork, mash the banana in a large mixing bowl then mix in the egg with a pinch of fine salt until well combined.Step 2
Pour over the oats, cinnamon, baking powder and maple syrup then mix again. Pour over the milk and stir until smooth.Step 3
Add most of the berries, stir then spoon into 4 ramekins.Step 4
Put the ramekins in the air fryer and cook at 160°C for 12-15 mins until puffed and golden.Step 5
Allow to cool slightly then serve with single cream or yoghurt
