These Air Fryer Chicken Thighs are lightly spiced with a kick of fresh chilli and lime. We’ve served these with new potatoes and fresh green salad but try these sliced in a sandwich with a slick of yoghurt and mango chutney, or shred and toss through rice noodles with extra veg for lunch. Ingredients

  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 6 skin on bone-in chicken thighs

Method

  • Step 1

    Put the oil, spices, garlic, chilli, lime juice and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Step 2

    Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the marinade mix.
  • Step 3

    Put the chicken in the air fryer basket skin-side up and cook for 20 mins set at 190°C, turning halfway through, until golden, crispy and cooked through.
  • Step 4

    Remove the chicken from the basket then serve with new potatoes and grilled Mediterranean vegetables, if you like.
