
Air Fryer Chips

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these chunky Air Fryer Chips are a guaranteed crowd pleaser. Ingredients
- 3 large maris piper potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1cm thick chips
- 2 tsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp cornflour
Method
Step 1
Put the chips into a large mixing bowl with the oil, a pinch of salt and some freshly ground black pepper then toss to coat.Step 2
Sprinkle over the cornflour and toss again to evenly coat.Step 3
Spread the chips in a single layer over the base of the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 mins at 200°C, until golden and crisp, shaking half way through. Repeat with any remaining chips. Serve straight away.
