Simply seasoned Air Fryer Lamb Steaks are delicious as part of a weeknight meal, or even as the ultimate cheat for a speedy Sunday lunch. In this air fryer recipe, we’ve sprinkled the lamb leg steaks with fresh mint, but why not add a pinch of ground cumin for a touch of spice? Ingredients
- 2 lamb leg steaks
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped mint leaves
- 1 tbsp mint sauce, to serve
Method
Step 1
Put the lamb steaks in a mixing bowl with olive oil, chopped mint, salt and pepper. Rub all over until fully covered then leave the steaks to marinate for 5 mins.Step 2
Set the lamb steaks in a single layer on the air fryer basket, on the grill tray if it has one, and cook for 8 mins at 190°C for medium rare.Step 3
Remove from the air fryer and leave to rest for 5 mins before serving.Step 4
Slice and serve with roast potatoes, your favourite seasonal vegetables and mint sauce, if you like.
