
Air Fryer Nutty Granola

Making your own granola is seriously satisfying, once you’ve mastered this why not mix up the flavours to create your own family blend? We’ve packed this with nuts and coconut for a nutrient boost to help start your morning. Made in the airfryer this is ready in just 15 mins, delicious served with yoghurt and seasonal fruits, or why not try sprinkled over crumble for pudding?Time and servings

Ingredients
- 150g oats
- 200g mixed nuts, roughly chopped
- 4 tbsp mixed seeds
- 1 small handful coconut flakes
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp runny honey
- 1 orange, juice only
Method
Step 1
Line the shelf of the air fryer with baking paper to create a ‘basket’.Step 2
Tip in the oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes and cinnamon then mix to combine. Cook at 180C for 5 mins.Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the peanut butter, honey and orange juice in a bowl until smooth.Step 4
Pour over the oat mixture then stir well and bake for a further 10 mins, breaking up half way through. Cook for a further 5 mins if you like a deep roasted flavour.Step 5
Leave to cool, roughly break up then decant into airtight containers.
