
Air Fryer Pork Belly

Air Fryer Pork Belly slices are ready in half the time of conventional oven cooking and are just as delicious. We’ve marinated these with sweet honey, salty soy sauce and a kick of garlic and ginger for a flavour-packed sticky sauce. Ingredients
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, plus extra to serve
- 450g boneless pork belly
Method
Step 1
Mix the honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, crushed garlic, olive oil and sesame seeds in a large bowl until well combined.Step 2
Add the pork belly slices and mix until fully coated in the marinade, set aside for 30 mins or cover and chill for up to 6 hrs.Step 3
Preheat the airfryer for 2 mins at 190°C. Add the pork belly slices to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8 mins until cooked through, remove and leave to rest for 5 mins.Step 4
Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds alongside sticky rice, green beans and spring onions, if you like.
