
Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these Air Fryer Potato Wedges are super simple and are good to go in half the time it would usually take in a conventional oven. We’ve rubbed the potatoes with smoked paprika and garlic powder for a tasty kick, then air fried to crispy perfection and served with a creamy soured cream and chive dip for the ultimate side. Ingredients
- 2 medium sized maris piper potatoes
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Add the potato wedges to a mixing bowl and drizzle over the vegetable oil followed by the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cornflour, salt and pepper then mix together until well coated.Step 2
Spread the wedges in a single layer over the base of the air fryer basket and cook for 35 mins at 200°C until golden brown and crisp.Step 3
Serve straight away with soured cream and chive dip, if you like.
