
Air Fryer Roast Potatoes

Our quick and easy recipe is the simple base to build your favourite family flavours, toss with a pinch of garlic powder or grated parmesan before frying then sprinkle with fresh herbs to serve. Ingredients
- 500g potatoes, we used Maris Piper, peeled and quartered
- 2 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder / garlic granules
- 10g parsley, chopped (optional)
Method
Step 1
Tip the potatoes into a pan of cold salted water and bring to the boil. Cook for 10 mins, until just tender.Step 2
Drain the potatoes then set them, in the colander, over the hot pan and allow to steam dry for 5 mins.Step 3
Tip the potatoes into a large bowl, add the oil, salt and garlic powder/granules and toss together until evenly coated.Step 4
Spread the potatoes over the base of the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 mins until golden brown, piping hot and crisp, you may need to do this in batches. Sprinkle with parsley to serve, if you like.
