
Air Fryer Yorkshire Puddings

The humble yorkshire pudding is a roast dinner staple, and now you can make them seamlessly all using an air fryer. We’ve used a classic batter for super simple, golden brown Air Fryer Yorkshire Puddings every time. These are made in mini pudding moulds but you could also bake in a larger tin for a Dutch Baby inspired breakfast. Looking for more Air Fryer recipes? Look no further.

Ingredients
- 8 tbsp vegetable oil
- 70g plain flour
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 100ml whole milk
Method
Step 1
Using four pudding moulds add 2 tbsp of vegetable oil to each then set in the middle of the air fryer basket. Heat the oil for 10 mins at 200°C to get the oil hot for the batter.Step 2
Meanwhile, tip the flour, salt and pepper into a large jug and mix together with a whisk.Step 3
Gradually add the eggs and the milk and whisk until smooth then evenly divide the batter between the pudding dishes in the air fryer.Step 4
Cook for 15 mins at 200°C until the yorkshire puddings have fully risen and are golden brown.
