Ingredients

  • 100 g of two chicks egg whites
  • 1 sprinkle of paprika
  • 4 tbsp of whitworths protein by nature mexican spicy grains
  • 2 tbsp of whitworths brazilian protein by nature smoky beans
  • 1 wrap
  • 20 g of cheese, grated
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 handful of coriander

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt 1 tsp butter in a frying pan and add the Two Chicks Egg Whites. Stir regularly until the egg white scrambles and is cooked through. Season and sprinkle with the paprika, set aside.
  • Step 2

    Cook the Protein By Nature Mexican Grains to pack instructions. Heat up your Whitworths Brazilian Protein by Nature Smoky Beans in the microwave following pack instructions.
  • Step 3

    Place your wrap on your work surface, layer your beans, rice, egg whites and cheese. Top with 3-4 slices of avocado and a sprinkle of coriander. Roll up your wrap, tucking in the ends as you roll.
  • Step 4

    Place your burrito on a heated pan or griddle, open side down. Press gently and allow to cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until crisp and golden and the cheese has begun to melt.
  • Step 5

    Remove from the heat, cut and enjoy.
