The Americano is an easy drinking, refreshing aperitif which
was first made in the 1860s by the creator of Campari, in Caff Campari, Milan.
It has long-lasting, bittersweet notes of orange peel, oak and spice – try this

Ingredients
- 35 ml of campari
- 35 ml of antica formula carpano vermouth
- 125 ml of soda water
- 0.5 orange slice
Method
Step 1
Measure the Campari, Antica Formula Carpano and soda into a highball glass or tumbler.Step 2
Add ice cubes to bring the liquid to the top of the glass. Stir gently to mix.Step 3
Garnish with the orange slice.
